I take so much pride in being a nurse and have really found my passion in aesthetics. I have been a nurse for 6 years working rehab, acute care, urgent care, and as a nursing supervisor. I got into aesthetics because it’s a way to make people feel their best self. I started taking private trainings with hands on experience as well as courses through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.

I was always interested in the beauty industry growing up. 10 years later I took the plunge, in 2021, to go to Esthetician school at Panache Academy of Beauty and graduated in 2022. I absolutely fell in love with having clients leave the room feeling renewed and refreshed. I have been working in the spa industry for 3 years and enjoy every minute of it. I am now pursuing massage school as well at the Academy of Health with anticipated graduation summer of 2025. I’m excited to join Maximus Aesthetics & Wellness to start my medical spa journey.

Hi, I’m Ava!
I’m an Advanced Practice Aesthetician! Since the beginning of my career I knew corrective treatments were where my heart is at. Attending SAVANT Aesthetics Institute, I trained with some of the best Aestheticians in the Minneapolis area and learned specifically about advanced treatments and medical grade skincare. With 1,100 hours of training I am confident with providing high quality treatments and the tools to transform skin. On my free time I enjoy lake days with my family and friends, game nights, and Sunday morning walks with my puppy. Growing up in a small town in Wisconsin, I truly can’t wait to bring the best of the best skin to rural Wisconsin!
Ali Rauls, BSN, RN
I’m Ali!
I’ve been a nurse for ten years working in many ERs from Alaska, to Montana, to North Dakota. The last two years of my career I spent working as a flight nurse in rural Montana and North Dakota covering the Baken oil field areas and I absolutely loved it. I got into aesthetics because I was getting services and realized the industry was lacking in educating clients on the variety of services available so I started taking classes. I take a great deal of pride in educating my clients on all the products and services so they can make the best choice in how they can feel better about themselves.
My specialties are neurotoxins and the Morpheus8. I have invested in serval continuing education opportunities to ensure I am bringing the newest and best practices to the table.
